ProxyLine is a static datacenter proxy store with one distinctive buying control: customers can inspect available IPv4 addresses and choose the country, city, subnet, or exact IP before paying. The same inventory-led approach extends to the API, which can check availability, calculate an order, purchase selected IPs, renew them, and export the list.
Individual IPv4 is the safest general option because every address is assigned to 1 customer and has a limited replacement or refund path. Shared IPv4 can place 3 customers on the same address and offers no replacement. IPv6 is useful only for destinations and software that already support IPv6.
Provider Overview
It sells fixed static endpoints, not access to a rotating pool. The catalog consists of individual IPv4, shared IPv4, individual IPv6, and a separate MTProto product for Telegram. Residential, ISP, and mobile networks are not part of the offer.
The service is built around control at checkout. A buyer can assemble a static IPv4 list from visible inventory instead of receiving unknown addresses after purchase. This is useful when a project needs a particular city, several subnets, or a replacement for a known IP. It does not change the nature of the product: these remain datacenter addresses, without the network identity of residential or ISP proxies.
ProxyLine is therefore more compelling as a precise self-service proxy shop than as a large network platform. Small orders, short rental periods, automatic delivery, and a purchase API make it easy to test and manage fixed lists without committing to a large package.
Proxy Services and Pricing
All 3 services use per-proxy rental. Allocation, destination compatibility, and claim rights determine the main product differences.
| Service | What the buyer is paying for |
|---|---|
| Individual IPv4 | Sole use, broad geography, exact-IP choice, and limited claim rights |
| Shared IPv4 | IPv4 with up to 3 customers per address |
| IPv6/32 | A private IPv6 endpoint for IPv6-capable targets |

Check current pricesIndividual IPv4 Proxies
Individual IPv4 assigns a static datacenter address to 1 customer. It is the main ProxyLine product because it combines broad location coverage with city, subnet, and exact-IP selection. A buyer can see the available address before purchase and deliberately spread a list across subnets rather than accept a random allocation.
Orders start at 1 IP for 5 days and can extend to 360 days. Traffic is unlimited, the listed speed is up to 100 Mb/s, and access supports HTTP or SOCKS5. Authentication works through login/password or an allowlist of up to 3 source IPs per order.
Individual IPv4 provides no co-tenants, more locations, banking-site access, and a route to request replacement or refund for an unusable endpoint. These distinctions matter for persistent accounts that require exclusive assignment.
IPv6/32 Proxy
IPv6/32 sells individual static IPv6 proxy endpoints. The name does not mean that the buyer receives a routed /32 network; each purchased unit is 1 endpoint, with addresses drawn from different /48 subnets.
The service covers Germany, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, and the United States. It supports unlimited traffic, HTTP, SOCKS5, and both authentication methods, but lacks the city, subnet, and exact-IP controls of the IPv4 products.
Both the application and the destination must accept IPv6, and target support is less predictable than with IPv4. The 1-proxy, 5-day minimum is the sensible way to test it before buying a larger list.
Trial Terms
ProxyLine offers no free trial. Every service can be tested with 1 proxy for 5 days, as a normal paid rental.
This distinction matters most for Shared IPv4 because the purchase is final. Individual IPv4 and IPv6 have a restricted claim path, but the buyer must report the problem quickly and keep traffic low.
Account Setup and Proxy Delivery
The useful part of checkout is not the registration form but the inventory control before payment. Buyers select the service, rental period, location, and—on IPv4 products—the available city, subnet, or exact IP. Proxies activate after payment and appear in the account as well as by email.
Lists use IP:port:login:password with credentials or IP:port with source-IP authorization. Up to 3 client IPs can be authorized per order. API users can export HTTP, SOCKS5, or a custom list format.
Dashboard and API
The dashboard handles balance, orders, proxy details, renewal, and automatic renewal. The API is the stronger feature. It can search stock, expose exact available IPs, calculate prices, create orders, renew proxies, filter existing endpoints, and export finished lists.
This makes ProxyLine practical for buyers managing many small static orders. A script can select inventory and complete the purchase without reproducing the website flow. The rate limit is 50 requests per minute, which is sufficient for ordering and list management.
Documentation and Guides
The documentation covers the tasks a buyer is likely to perform: connecting proxies in common operating systems, browsers, anti-detect tools, Proxifier, Docker, Postman, and cURL. The API reference provides request and response examples, while the free checker can verify a delivered endpoint.
The material is good enough for self-service setup. It supports the product rather than being a reason to buy it.
Payments and Billing
Orders are paid from a prepaid balance. ProxyLine accepts Visa, Mastercard, SberPay, SBP, WebMoney, and cryptocurrency through FreeKassa or Cryptomus. The presence of Russian payment rails and crypto gives buyers more options than a card-only checkout.
Services can renew manually or automatically from the balance. Unused balance can be withdrawn through a support ticket, with handling stated as up to 48 hours. Companies can arrange bank-account payment through support.
Refund Policy
Individual IPv4 and IPv6 claims should be submitted within 24 hours. Traffic must remain at or below 500 MB, and a request can cover no more than 5 proxies. These limits make the policy useful for detecting an immediate compatibility problem, not for evaluating a large list over time.
Shared IPv4 has no refund, exchange, or replacement. Buyers should treat the order as final and test the smallest package before relying on it.
Terms and Restrictions
The service prohibits unlawful and abusive activity. The restrictions that directly affect product choice are more specific: Shared blocks banking sites and Steam and discourages payment systems and social networks, while IPv6 requires an IPv6-capable destination.
Resellers must pass the usage rules to their customers and retain the customer's verified email, IP address, and payment IP. Resale through a referral account is prohibited. These obligations make the reseller offer unsuitable for anyone unwilling to collect and retain customer access data.
Customer Support
Support is available through tickets, email, live chat, and Telegram. Refunds, replacements, and balance withdrawals require a ticket, so that channel matters more than the number of contact options.
Requests can be sent at any time, but an after-hours reply may wait until the next business day. Buyers using the 24-hour claim window should open a ticket immediately rather than wait for live chat.
Other Products and Services
MTProto Proxy is a separately sold single-customer endpoint for Telegram, not a general proxy network. It follows the Individual IPv4 pricing structure and is ordered through the website.
Wholesale terms are available for existing IPv4 and IPv6 products from 100 units. ProxyLine also provides a browser-based checker for protocol, location, speed, ping, and blacklist-related tests.
Review Summary
ProxyLine is worth considering for one reason above all others: it lets the buyer inspect and choose static IPv4 inventory before paying. Exact-IP and subnet selection are useful for building controlled lists, and the API makes the same process workable at scale.
Individual IPv4 is the best general choice because sole allocation, broader location coverage, and limited claim rights reduce avoidable risk. Shared is a specialist option for workloads that can tolerate co-tenants and discarded IPs. IPv6 is attractive only when compatibility has already been proven.
The service is a good match for experienced buyers who need fixed datacenter addresses, small minimum orders, and control over list composition. It is not a substitute for residential identity, mobile IPs, or automatic rotation.
