Proxy-Seller says it has operated since 2014. Its Public Offer names SSV IT PROVIDER ONLINE SERVICES LTD as the contracting company, and the published contact address is in Larnaca, Cyprus. The provider has grown beyond a basic static-IP shop: its current catalog covers datacenter, ISP, mobile, and peer-supplied Residential networks.

The offer serves both buyers who need a few fixed addresses and teams working across several network types. Static products are sold by IP, Mobile by port, and Residential by traffic. Each service changes either the network identity, allocation, endpoint behavior, or billing unit, so the 6-part catalog reflects real product differences rather than marketing labels.

Country pages, use-case pages, IPv4 MIX, and ISP MIX are ways to select or package existing inventory. They are not additional networks. Proxy CRM and mobile hardware follow a different model in which customers manage their own modem and SIM infrastructure, so they also sit outside the 6 provider-operated proxy services.

The self-service layer is more capable than a simple proxy-list shop. A single account can hold several service types, website checkout covers standard orders, and the API supports price calculation, ordering, renewals, balance operations, and detailed Residential management. A customer can start with 1 fixed IP, buy a carrier-backed mobile port, or generate as many as 1,000 Residential endpoints without moving to another provider.

Static services are rented by IP, Mobile by port, and Residential by GB. Their network identity and controls differ as follows.

Proxy-Seller has no general free self-service trial across its 6 proxy services. Static datacenter, ISP, and Mobile products use the ordinary purchase and conditional refund process. Enterprise buyers may discuss a proof of concept with sales, but that is not the standard checkout experience.

Residential has the only clearly orderable trial: 500 MB valid for 3 days. It is a paid traffic package and explicitly non-refundable. This is enough to check login, targeting, and basic target compatibility before committing to a larger traffic allowance, but not to measure long-term pool behavior.

Standard ordering is self-service through the website or API. Customers create an account, choose the exact service and configuration, calculate the current price, and prepay. Proxy-Seller may request identity, payment, or use-case verification, so registration should not be treated as anonymous access.

Static orders appear as direct proxy records, Mobile as rotating ports, and Residential as traffic packages with generated lists or login credentials. Access is delivered through the personal account and may also be sent by email. Product pages usually describe activation in seconds or minutes, while the Public Offer allows up to 24 hours. The realistic expectation is therefore normal delivery within minutes with a contractual allowance for longer processing.

Authentication choices vary by service and order. Credentials and source-IP authorization are widely supported, while Residential adds list-specific and login-based routing controls. Buyers should test the required target as soon as access arrives because refund eligibility depends on both the problem and a short request window.

The dashboard supports orders, authentication settings, renewals, auto-renewal, and API-key management. Residential receives the most detailed controls: package and list creation, targeting, rotation intervals, traffic views, upgrades, and subusers. This makes the account useful for ongoing operation rather than only downloading a list once.

The public API covers service information, price calculation, ordering, retrieving and renewing orders, balance operations, and Residential list, traffic, package, and subuser management. Mobile orders remain a single API family but use mobileServiceType to distinguish Dedicated from Shared. The authenticated API settings show a 60-request-per-minute limit and allow a key to be restricted to up to 3 source IPs.

The main implementation caution is authorization syntax. The general guide describes sending the key in a header, while several endpoint examples place it in the URL path. The API is broad enough to be useful, but developers should follow and test the exact endpoint reference before putting an automated order flow into production.

Proxy-Seller provides more than basic setup articles. Public developer documentation covers calculation, ordering, renewal, balance actions, and the main Residential workflows. The overview points to examples for PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, and Go, giving teams a workable starting point for automation.

Residential documentation is the strongest part. It explains generated lists, gateway hosts, login suffixes, session IDs, TTL, targeting, traffic reporting, and subusers. IPv6 documentation also exposes a detail that the product name alone would miss: customers connect through an internal IPv4 address and port before traffic is routed through IPv6.

Some examples require care. API-key placement differs across guides, and the Mobile product page lists a wider protocol set than the authenticated settings showed. These issues do not erase the value of the documentation, but they make a small endpoint-level test necessary before production use.

The billing model changes with the service: static proxies are prepaid by IP and rental period, Mobile by port and period, and Residential by traffic with a validity date. Prices are stated in USD. Checkout can offer PayPal, Visa or Mastercard, USDT on TRC20, USDT or USDC on ERC20, broader cryptocurrency processing, and account balance, with current availability determined at payment time.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and currency, less applicable fees, and are normally processed in about 1 day. Cryptocurrency returns use the same coin at the rate applied when processed. Because the public pricing page also uses a shorter 24-hour replacement/refund message, buyers should follow the detailed policy and test short-term orders immediately.

The Public Offer prohibits spam, phishing, malware, DDoS, brute force, port scanning, fraud, hacking, torrents and copyright infringement, pornography, and competitive benchmarking. Resale or transfer requires prior written consent, and the provider may request KYC or use-case verification or restrict particular destinations and ports.

The most important commercial condition concerns “unlimited” traffic. IPv4, IPv6, ISP, and Mobile pages use unlimited wording, but the Public Offer sets defaults of 100 GB and 100 threads per IP unless other limits are agreed. The FAQ recommends no more than 3 threads for stable performance, and exceeding a connection limit may produce HTTP 429. Mobile traffic is also subject to carrier fair-use policies. Published speed, uptime, success-rate, and response-time figures are marketing claims without a contractual guarantee. Standard self-service plans also carry no public service-credit schedule tied to those numbers. The Privacy Policy describes account and usage-data collection without assigning a single retention period to every category, so buyers should not assume a no-logs service.

These statements describe availability rather than a guaranteed first-response or resolution time for standard plans. Support remains important because exact city or carrier availability, target restrictions, replacements, KYC, invoices, and nonstandard limits may require manual confirmation. Buyers with strict operational requirements should settle those points before placing a large order.
