Proxy-Hub competes through small packages and simple allocation rules, not through scale or advanced account controls.

All 3 services are prepaid and priced by IP. Unlimited bandwidth is advertised across the catalog, so the cost decision turns on allocation and address type rather than traffic volume.

Dedicated and Semi Dedicated are available for monthly, quarterly, and annual terms. Static Residential uses a less conventional entry structure: 1 IP requires a 3-month purchase, while a normal monthly order starts at 5 IPs. Custom and larger orders go through sales.

Proxy-Hub offers no pre-purchase trial or sample list. The customer must place a normal order and test the delivered proxies.

The advertised 3-day money-back period is a refund condition for the 1st order, not a free test. It applies when the proxies fail for the intended purpose, so buyers should not treat it as an unconditional right to try the service and change their mind.

Public checkout makes ordering look immediate, but delivery is support-assisted. The customer selects a package and pays through Stripe. After payment confirmation, Proxy-Hub instructs the buyer to register an account and send the transaction and order details to billing by ticket or email.

Payment verification may take from several minutes to 48 hours. Proxy-Hub says delivery usually follows within several hours after verification. The finished list appears as a text-file attachment in the client area, and the customer receives an email notification.

This process is workable for a planned purchase but poorly suited to an urgent job. The key distinction is that paying online does not provision proxies automatically: account creation, verification, and fulfillment remain separate steps involving staff.

The client area keeps the active proxy list, attached list files, support tickets, and source-IP authorization for the datacenter services. It gives customers one place to retrieve an order and manage access, but it is closer to an order portal than a live network console.

The remote list-retrieval API is the useful automation feature. Software can fetch the current list again after a refresh or replacement instead of relying on a manually downloaded file. The advertised API purpose is list delivery; account administration and purchasing still run through checkout and support.

The protocol guidance is the weak point. The FAQ says HTTP-only, while product and setup pages mention HTTPS, SOCKS4, SOCKS5, and UDP. This is not a minor wording issue because the required client configuration depends on the answer. HTTP users have a clear path; buyers who require SOCKS5 or UDP should obtain confirmation for the chosen service before ordering.

Developer material is limited to retrieving the proxy list. Proxy-Hub documents application setup more clearly than automated account management.

The live checkout accepts credit and debit cards through Stripe and states prices in USD. Subscriptions are prepaid and recurring. Monthly packages renew from the order date; quarterly and annual purchases renew for the same term.

Cancellation requires written notice. The Terms do not provide a clear deadline or identify a self-service cancellation control, so a customer should send the request before the next renewal and keep the confirmation. The subscription continues until notice is given.

Payment approval and proxy delivery are separate. A successful card payment starts verification; it does not mean that the proxy list is ready for use.

The refund policy is limited to the 1st order. A customer may request a full refund within 3 days when the purchased proxies fail for the stated purpose. Support may first diagnose the issue or offer a fix.

The guarantee protects against an unusable 1st purchase, but it is not a no-questions return policy. Renewals and a simple change of mind fall outside the stated promise. A buyer with a very specific target should explain that purpose when contacting support so the eligibility condition is clear.

Refunds are handled through live chat, email, or the ticket system rather than an automatic dashboard action.

Customers may let authorized employees or business agents use the service, but may not hand the account or proxies to unrelated third parties. A single username can connect from no more than 2 source locations at the same time. Teams working from several servers or offices should account for this limit before choosing credential authentication.

The product pages use the phrase “No Restrictions,” but the Terms still govern account sharing and connection locations. The phrase should be read as a traffic or usage claim, not permission to share the service freely.

Proxy-Hub also advertises 99% uptime. The standard terms attach no service credits to that figure, so it should be treated as a sales target rather than a compensated SLA.

This team is part of normal service delivery, not only a fallback for faults. Staff verify payments, confirm orders, provide lists, process replacements, handle refunds, and help with setup. The number of channels is useful, but service quality depends more heavily on response and fulfillment times here than at a provider with automatic provisioning.

Proxy-Hub provides a free proxy checker and anonymity tester for customer-supplied HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS endpoints.
