NodeMaven has a compact proxy range centered on configurable gateway access. Its main service combines residential and mobile pools under the same traffic balance, allowing customers to change the type of exit without buying a separate package. Its smaller ISP line supplies dedicated static addresses with unlimited traffic. The residential/mobile gateway stands out for detailed location and session controls, traffic that can remain available indefinitely, and filters that let the user trade pool size for NodeMaven's screening of IP quality and speed. The main cautions are non-refundable subscriptions, blocked categories of sensitive websites, fluctuating live inventory, and the absence of independent performance results behind the provider's strong quality claims.
Provider Overview
NodeMaven says it launched in 2023. Rather than selling a separate subscription for every proxy category, it has 2 commercial products. The larger is a shared gateway where purchased traffic can be used with either residential or mobile IPs. The smaller is a dedicated static ISP service billed by address. Scraping Browser and several free diagnostic tools sit around these products but do not create additional proxy networks.
The shared service is where NodeMaven has developed its clearest identity. The dashboard lets a customer select the pool, location, session behavior, output format, and a filtering mode. Standard sticky sessions can request the same address for up to 24 hours. A separate Long Session mode extends the requested duration to 7 days for residential traffic in the United States and European Union, at country level only. PAYG traffic does not expire, and monthly traffic can roll forward while the subscription remains active.
NodeMaven places unusual emphasis on screening addresses before assignment. Users can favor the provider's quality checks, speed checks, a combination of both, or maximum pool size without filtering. This is a useful control because it makes the tradeoff visible: stricter selection means fewer available IPs. The advertised fraud scores, response times, success rates, and reduced block rates remain provider claims rather than guaranteed outcomes.
The ISP product is simpler and still labelled beta in the documentation. Customers receive dedicated static ISP IPv4 addresses for 30 or 90 days, with unlimited traffic, country-level selection, pre-expiry renewal of the same addresses, and 1 included swap of the entire pack. Its limited geography and lack of city, ISP, ASN, or subnet selection make it a focused addition rather than a full static-proxy catalogue.
Proxy Services and Pricing
The service boundary is important. Residential and mobile IPs are separate pools, but they use the same purchase, traffic balance, price schedule, proxy setup, and account rules. They therefore form 1 service. Dedicated Static ISP Proxies have a separate order flow, allocation, billing method, and renewal process.
| Service | Ordinary starting purchase | What defines it |
|---|---|---|
| Residential and Mobile Proxies | 2 GB PAYG or per 30-day subscription cycle | Shared traffic balance with selectable residential or mobile exits |
| Dedicated Static ISP Proxies | 1 IP for 30 days | Dedicated static ISP IPv4 with unlimited traffic |
The residential/mobile service also has a 1-time paid test, while ISP addresses can be purchased for 30 or 90 days.

This service is billed by traffic, not by the number of available IPs. PAYG starts at 2 GB without recurring charges or an expiry date. The smallest monthly subscription contains 2 GB per 30-day cycle. Monthly traffic rolls forward when the subscription renews; if renewal stops, unused traffic is frozen until a subscription is restored. NodeMaven specifically warns that cancelling a subscription and then switching to PAYG can cause the remaining subscription traffic to be lost.
Residential and mobile exits draw from different sources but share the same balance. NodeMaven describes residential addresses as ISP-assigned connections supplied by consenting home users, and mobile addresses as real 4G, 5G, and LTE carrier connections behind carrier-grade NAT. Its terms require suppliers to obtain informed and revocable consent, but the company does not publicly identify the applications or partners through which devices join the residential network. The published 30M+ residential pool and conflicting mobile totals are provider figures without a disclosed counting method.
Location control is detailed. The dashboard supports country, region or state, city, ZIP, and ISP targeting. ZIP and ISP can be combined when inventory permits. The mobile page also advertises carrier selection, although the available carrier list is not disclosed publicly. NodeMaven publishes broad coverage figures, but it also explains that devices come and go throughout the day and that the dashboard or API is the live source of availability.
The service supports HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 with username/password authentication. Account-level IP allowlisting is also available. Users can create gateway strings, export generated proxies, and choose IPv4-only output when required. Both upload and download consume traffic. NodeMaven says simultaneous sessions are unlimited, but does not publish a numerical request, thread, or throughput allowance, so the statement should not be expanded beyond sessions.
Rotation can occur on every request, through a standard sticky session, or through the special Long Session mode. Standard sticky TTL is configurable up to 24 hours. Long Session can request a residential IP for up to 7 days, but only for US or EU country-level routing and with a smaller available pool. The requested duration is not a guarantee that a peer device will remain online for the entire period.
The filter controls are the most distinctive part of the product. Quality favors NodeMaven's IP screening, Quality + Speed combines screening and speed criteria, Speed prioritizes faster candidates, and Max pool size disables the filter to preserve address diversity. The mode can be encoded in credentials, which makes it practical to change the selection policy between workloads without rebuilding the account.
NodeMaven's Quality Guarantee provides account credit when the company accepts evidence that an assigned address is affected or blacklisted. The customer must provide a Pixelscan screenshot, the proxy IP, and an explanation. Accepted claims receive traffic credit per affected proxy, subject to a monthly compensation cap. It excludes trial and custom plans. This is a limited support remedy, not a cash refund or performance commitment.
Dedicated Static ISP Proxies
Dedicated Static ISP Proxies are fixed IPv4 addresses assigned to a single customer. The service starts at 1 IP for 30 days. A 90-day option is also available. Traffic is sold as unlimited rather than metered by GB.
The addresses remain unchanged for the purchased term. Renewing before expiry can preserve the same IP indefinitely, but renewal must use the original term length: a 30-day address renews for 30 days and a 90-day address for 90 days. Once an address expires, NodeMaven no longer promises that it can be recovered.
HTTP and SOCKS5 are documented, together with TCP and UDP support. Account controls also list HTTPS, UDP, and QUIC options. Authentication uses credentials, and the ISP order flow does not include the residential service's IP allowlisting control. NodeMaven says an address can be used on several devices at once, while warning that sharing it may reduce performance and increase detection risk on sensitive targets.
Targeting is limited to country, with roughly 9 locations published and actual inventory subject to change. There is no published choice of city, ISP, ASN, or subnet. NodeMaven says each pack is checked with Scamalytics before delivery and includes 1 dashboard swap of the full order. The screening and replacement mechanism are useful, but do not establish the actual reputation or performance of the addresses supplied.
The ISP line remains marked beta and has no trial. Current terms make subscription purchases non-refundable. It is consequently a narrower proposition than the residential/mobile gateway: dedicated addresses and unmetered traffic are the attraction, while country coverage and targeting depth are the limiting factors.
Trial Terms
NodeMaven does not provide a free trial. Residential and mobile access can be tested once per account by purchasing a 750 MB allowance. The traffic works across both pools, does not expire, accepts no coupon, and does not turn into a recurring subscription when consumed.
The test is useful because it exposes the same broad service controls with a smaller traffic allowance than the ordinary 2 GB entry point. It does not cover Dedicated Static ISP Proxies, and it is excluded from the Quality Guarantee. No trial removes the need to confirm that regulated or sensitive target categories are permitted before buying.
Account Setup and Proxy Delivery
Self-registration supports email and password or Google sign-in. Email verification is required. After payment is confirmed, residential/mobile traffic becomes available in Proxy Setup, while static ISP addresses appear in My Proxies. NodeMaven does not publish a numerical activation-time commitment for either service.
Verification is selective rather than a mandatory step shown to every new customer. Current terms allow the company to request personal or business identity, beneficial-owner details, payment information, source of funds, intended use, target information, or proof of authorization before or after access is granted. Older help content says KYC is not required, but the newer terms allow these checks and are the safer description of the actual rule.
Dashboard and API
The dashboard is a strong part of the service. Proxy Setup covers pool choice, location, rotation, sticky duration, filters, protocol, IP version, output format, and allowlisting where supported. Usage pages show traffic, requests, leading domains, and per-domain consumption. Static ISP orders have a separate My Proxies area with renewal and full-pack replacement controls.
Team accounts can create as many sub-users as needed, assign separate proxy credentials, set optional traffic caps, inspect usage by user, reset access, and export CSV or XLSX reports. NodeMaven does not document role-based administrative permissions, but the available controls are sufficient for separating proxy usage and budgets across people or workloads.
An API key is available from the account profile and is sent through the x-api-key header. Documented functions include locations, statistics, users, sub-users, and whitelisted IPs. Detailed endpoint documentation sits inside the authenticated dashboard. Public material does not specify rate limits, webhooks, multiple-key support, or key-rotation behavior.
Documentation and Guides
The public Help Center provides setup, troubleshooting, billing, product-use, and account articles in English and Russian. It clearly explains session controls, traffic accounting, filters, renewals, sub-users, and the difference between PAYG and monthly traffic. The website also offers Chinese navigation, but that does not establish equivalent Chinese documentation or support.
The most important weakness is freshness. Older articles conflict with current terms on refunds and identity checks, while ISP country lists differ across official pages and the dashboard. These conflicts do not make the documentation unusable, but commercial and compliance questions should follow the current terms and live account controls rather than older short answers.
Payments and Billing
Public pricing lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank wire, Mir, YooMoney, and more than 10 cryptocurrencies. The terms name Stripe, Coinbase, and BTCPay as processors and allow USD, EUR, or another agreed currency. Sales tax may be added where NodeMaven considers it required.
Residential/mobile PAYG has no automatic charge. Monthly plans renew every 30 days until cancelled, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the paid period. Unused monthly traffic rolls into a renewed cycle but is frozen when the subscription stops. ISP orders are presented as auto-renewing 30- or 90-day purchases, and renewal before expiry can retain the same addresses.
NodeMaven also offers account traffic credit through a cashback program for eligible standard PAYG and monthly usage. The public material does not provide the complete calculation table.
Refund Policy
Current terms state that subscription purchases are non-refundable. Cancelling a residential/mobile monthly plan prevents the next renewal but does not create a standard refund for the current period. Dedicated Static ISP subscriptions follow the same non-refundable position. PAYG and paid-trial purchases are likewise not presented with a general money-back promise.
An older Help Center article promises a prorated refund for unused subscription service, but it predates the current terms and directly conflicts with them. The current non-refundable rule is the prudent expectation. NodeMaven may still approve a refund at its discretion; when it does, funds return to the original payment method, while eligible cryptocurrency refunds are sent in USDT through ERC-20 or TRC-20.
The Quality Guarantee does not change this policy. It offers limited traffic credit after evidence review, not repayment of the purchase.
Terms and Restrictions
NodeMaven blocks banks, payment services, educational institutions, government sites, and news domains according to its Help Center. The terms allow additional restrictions based on the supplier, destination, domain, URL, platform, port, protocol, network, country, or assessed risk. Access to a particular website, country, carrier, or ASN is not guaranteed, nor is avoidance of CAPTCHAs, bans, or detection systems.
Prohibited activity includes malware, phishing, credential attacks, fake-account creation, spam, fraud, unauthorized scanning, DDoS, unlawful personal-data collection, and sanctions evasion. Resale, sublicensing, white-label use, pooling, or providing downstream access requires written authorization.
The terms contain no contractual uptime or performance commitment. Published figures for clean-IP rates, response time, success, uptime, and stability are marketing claims rather than service-credit promises.
Customer Support
Support is available through website and dashboard live chat, email, Telegram, and the Help Center. NodeMaven advertises 24/7 assistance but does not publish a numerical initial-response target. Customers using more than 1,000 GB per month are offered dedicated account management.
A public status page reports the website, dashboard, traffic statistics, Base API, and proxy service. It is useful for identifying acknowledged incidents, but its history is not a contractual uptime guarantee.
Other Products and Services
Scraping Browser is included with residential/mobile access rather than sold as a separate plan. It provides a managed cloud browser reached through the Chrome DevTools Protocol with Playwright or Puppeteer and consumes traffic from the existing proxy balance. It may reduce the setup work needed for browser-based collection, but it does not create a separate pool or allowance.
Free tools include a proxy and bandwidth checker, WebRTC Leak Test, DNS Leak Test, and IP Lookup. These tools help inspect connectivity, browser exposure, DNS handling, and IP information. They do not require or represent additional proxy purchases.
Review Summary
NodeMaven is most interesting as a controlled residential/mobile gateway rather than as a large catalogue of unrelated proxy products. A single balance works across both pools, PAYG traffic does not expire, monthly traffic can roll forward, and location selection reaches from country to ZIP and ISP. Session options cover per-request rotation, 24-hour sticky use, and a restricted 7-day residential mode. Filter modes also let the customer choose between NodeMaven's screening and maximum pool size instead of accepting a fixed selection policy.
These controls are more informative than the provider's large numerical claims. Published pool totals, clean-IP percentages, response times, and success rates lack a disclosed measurement method or contractual guarantee. Live residential and mobile inventory changes with connected devices, Long Session cannot guarantee that a peer remains online, and both upload and download consume the paid balance. The service also blocks several sensitive site categories and provides no general refund right.
Dedicated Static ISP Proxies add a different option: persistent addresses, exclusive assignment, unlimited traffic, pre-expiry retention, and 1 included full-pack swap. Yet the product remains beta, starts at 1 IP, offers only country targeting across roughly 9 locations, and has no test or refund. It complements the main gateway but does not turn NodeMaven into a broad static-proxy supplier.
The result is a provider with a clear idea of how its proxy controls should work. NodeMaven is a strong candidate when long sessions, granular residential targeting, non-expiring PAYG traffic, sub-user management, or switching between residential and mobile exits matter. It is less suitable when the job requires a blocked financial, government, education, or news destination; a guaranteed mobile carrier; contract-backed performance; or refundable static ISP testing.
