Mexela Review

Mexela sells only 2 current proxy services: Private and Shared. Both provide fixed IPv4 addresses through downloadable lists. There is no current residential pool, mobile network, ISP product, rotating gateway, or traffic-priced plan. Older Sneakers pages and educational articles about other proxy types do not create additional services in the live storefront.

The entire offer turns on allocation. A Private address is assigned to 1 customer. A Shared address is assigned to 3 customers. However, the provider does not publish service-specific ASN information or enough network detail to describe the addresses more precisely than fixed IPv4.

Mexela LTD is named as the operator, with a Bulgarian VAT number and Bulgarian jurisdiction in the terms.

This is therefore a small, focused proxy shop rather than a broad access platform. Its value depends on straightforward list delivery and the difference between exclusive and 3-user assignment—not on a large menu of networks or software features.

Private and Shared have more in common than their separate pages initially suggest. Both supply fixed IPv4 lists, support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5, offer credential or source-IP authentication, advertise unlimited bandwidth, and allow customers to request retention of the same IPs at renewal. They do not offer per-request rotation or sticky gateway sessions.

Standard packages offer 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month terms, while some quantities are monthly-only. Exclusive assignment does not establish that Private is faster or less likely to be blocked.

Mexela does not publish a pre-purchase trial for either service. The smallest paid order contains 5 Private IPs or 10 Shared IPs for 1 month.

The 24-hour refund window can reduce the cost of an unsuitable initial order, but it is not a trial. The customer pays the normal price, receives an ordinary subscription, and must meet the refund conditions. Bitcoin payments, renewals, previous refund claims, and policy violations are excluded.

Registration uses email and password and requests standard identity and billing details, including a phone number. Mexela does not publish a fixed KYC or document-verification rule, so the registration form should not be read as proof that every order requires—or never requires—additional review.

Purchases use a self-service WHMCS checkout. Customers select a billing period, broad location group, protocol, credentials, IP-retention preference, and an optional field describing the target website or application. Exact country requirements are entered manually and remain subject to availability.

Mexela advertises delivery within minutes. Proxy lists can be supplied as ip:port, ip:port:user:pass, or user:pass@ip:port, making them easy to import into browsers, proxy managers, and scripts without prior conversion.

The client area handles subscriptions, invoices, support tickets, and access to purchased proxy lists. Public material does not show team roles, detailed usage analytics, traffic charts, bulk IP controls, or other advanced account functions.

Source-IP authorization is the clearest management feature. An account can authorize up to 2 public source IPs, and the rule applies across current and future proxy orders. This should not be confused with the 2-device term or with any limit on simultaneous proxy connections.

Mexela uses the word API for retrieving purchased proxy lists in standard text formats. No public reference describes API keys, orders, usage data, IP replacement, billing actions, rate limits, or webhooks. The available evidence therefore supports list retrieval, not a general management API.

The public Proxy Journal is among the stronger parts of Mexela's website. It contains buying, setup, security, testing, and troubleshooting articles, including examples for cURL, Python, Node.js, Puppeteer, Playwright, Docker, Git, and npm. The material gives customers more help than the basic client portal suggests.

The WHMCS Knowledgebase, Downloads, and Announcements sections are empty. Documentation therefore lives primarily in the separate Journal rather than inside the account support area. Mexela also publishes its own simple Proxy Checker.

Mexela lists debit and credit cards, PayPal, Bitcoin, and any additional gateways displayed during checkout. Prices are shown in USD. Mandatory processor fees, a universal tax formula, and the final VAT treatment are not published before checkout.

Most packages offer 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month terms, with discounts for longer commitments. Some 35- or 67-IP packages are monthly-only, so the term selector depends on the chosen quantity. Current checkout is the reliable source for the final period and price.

Recurring payment continues only when the customer authorizes it. If a recurring charge fails, the subscription is not renewed. Cancellation stops future invoices rather than refunding the active term, and the service continues according to the paid billing period.

The refund policy applies only to the initial order on an account. A request must be submitted within 24 hours and include the proxy username and a reason for cancellation. When Mexela confirms eligibility, it promises a full refund to the original payment method within 3 days.

Bitcoin payments, renewals, previous refund claims, and violations of the terms are excluded. This is a narrow initial-purchase safeguard rather than an open money-back guarantee for every package or billing period.

Accounts may use a subscription from no more than 2 devices at the same time. Credentials and connections cannot be lent, shared, rented, or resold. This customer-side restriction is separate from Mexela's own 3-customer assignment of Shared IPs.

The terms prohibit unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, malware, hacking, infringement, network disruption, and collection of personal data without consent. Mexela may restrict or terminate service for violations without a refund.

There is no public proxy SLA, uptime commitment, service-credit policy, or stated appeal schedule. The privacy policy describes ordinary website logs but does not explain whether proxy destinations, request metadata, or traffic content are recorded, nor how long any proxy-related logs would be retained.

Support is available through a public contact form, email, and separate Sales and Abuse ticket departments. Ticket submissions support priority selection and file attachments. Mexela advertises availability throughout the year and says replies usually arrive within minutes, but does not publish a contractual response or resolution time.

The Network Status page separates open, scheduled, and resolved incidents and provides an RSS feed. It offers a useful public view of wider service events even though it does not create an uptime guarantee.

Mexela does not currently sell additional residential, ISP, mobile, or rotating proxy products. The Proxy Journal, Proxy Checker, Network Status page, and RSS feed are free resources supporting the 2 fixed-IP services.

An old Sneakers checkout path now redirects to the general pricing page. It should be treated as a retired label rather than an active product.
