Geonix Review

Geonix is the current name of Proxy-Sale, with the rebrand announced in 2025. The service is operated by INTERNET CONNECTION BROKER LTD in Bulgaria. Rather than specializing in a single network, Geonix combines 5 distinct proxy products inside the same account.

The catalog divides into 3 static services and 2 rotating services. IPv4 Datacenter, IPv6 Datacenter, and ISP Proxies deliver dedicated addresses for a chosen rental period. Mobile Proxies provide a stable private access point backed by changing cellular exits. Residential Proxies use a shared gateway pool sold by traffic.

That breadth is useful because the services are not merely renamed versions of the same connection. They differ in allocation, billing, rotation, targeting, and delivery. IPv6 has strict destination compatibility requirements. Mobile gives direct control over when a cellular address changes. Residential offers the deepest geographic controls and the most flexible sessions.

Geonix also invests more in account automation than many straightforward proxy stores. Its API can calculate and create orders, read balance and payment methods, renew services, retrieve assigned proxies, download lists, and manage Residential packages and endpoints. This makes the provider more than a manual storefront, even though parts of its commercial documentation remain uneven.

The 5 services use different billing units. Static products are rented by IP and term, Mobile by private endpoint and carrier configuration, and Residential by traffic.

The 3 static services support source-IP or username/password authentication and downloadable proxy lists. IPv4 Datacenter and ISP traffic is advertised as unlimited, but fair-use rules permit monitoring and restrictions. Geonix publishes a 1 Gbps channel claim for static products without promising that speed for every proxy or destination.

Geonix offers no free trial. Residential has the only named test package: a paid allowance of 500 MB over 3 days. The other services can be sampled only by purchasing their shortest available rental term.

Those short orders provide little purchase protection. The refund policy normally excludes terms of 3 days or less, including the Residential trial and the minimum 2-day Mobile order. The exception is a confirmed total service failure when Geonix cannot provide a replacement.

The public trial material does not describe automatic conversion into a larger plan. Residential package data includes an auto-renew state, but trial-specific renewal and cancellation rules are not stated clearly.

Registration uses email and password. Orders can be placed through the website or API, and the resulting proxies appear in the Personal Account. Credentials are also sent by email, while API endpoints can retrieve or download active assignments.

Geonix describes ordinary issuance as automatic and immediate after payment. Its Public Offer allows delivery within 24 hours, however, and the provider may request clarification of the intended use or identity verification before activation. Customers should therefore treat instant delivery as the normal workflow rather than a contractual deadline.

Static services deliver downloadable address lists. Mobile adds the rotation link to its connection record. Residential supplies gateway credentials and list-building controls for geography, sessions, protocols, and authorization.

The Personal Account brings together orders, renewals, service status, expiry dates, credentials, Residential lists, account balance, API access, and the affiliate program. It is functional rather than limited to billing and support.

The API is a major strength. It exposes reference data, order calculation and creation, payment methods, account balance, renewals, assigned proxy retrieval, downloads, and Residential package, location, and list operations. Examples are available for cURL, PHP, and Java.

API access uses a key generated in the account and placed in the URL path. Geonix does not publish rate limits, webhooks, multiple-key controls, or a clear key-rotation procedure. The API is still useful for automating routine purchases and list management, but large deployments must account for those undocumented boundaries.

Geonix maintains English API documentation alongside English and Russian website content, FAQs, setup articles, and troubleshooting material. The technical pages include request parameters, response examples, and sample calls in cURL, PHP, and Java.

The API reference is more developed than the ordinary customer guides and supports real account automation. Documentation pages do not consistently show revision dates, and there is no visible changelog, so changes to endpoints or commercial behavior may be difficult to track.

The public knowledge base also connects users to free proxy and browser diagnostics, which are useful for basic testing but separate from the paid products.

Published payment options include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bitcoin, and Tether. Paddle and Stripe are named as payment processors, while invoices and additional arrangements can be handled in advance with the provider. API orders are funded from the account balance.

Geonix sends a renewal reminder 3 days before expiry and documents manual renewal through the account and API. Residential package data contains an auto-renew setting, but the provider does not clearly explain general auto-renew behavior, failed-renewal handling, or cancellation controls for every service.

The same uncertainty applies to unused Residential traffic. Package expiry and usage are documented, but there is no clear general promise that an unused balance survives renewal or can be restored after expiration. Transfer, banking, and payment-agent costs are assigned to the customer.

Refund requests must reach support within 24 hours. Accepted grounds include an unusable IP when no replacement is available, a confirmed authorization failure, unavailable location or quantity, or a requested use that the service cannot support.

Approved refunds cover the amount paid and return to the original payment source. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be returned to a crypto wallet. Geonix gives no fixed review or processing deadline.

The exclusions make this a narrow failure policy rather than a satisfaction guarantee. Rental periods of 3 days or less are normally non-refundable. Blocks that arise during private-proxy use and problems caused by the customer's configuration or activity are also excluded, unless the service has failed completely and no replacement can be supplied.

Prohibited activity includes spam, phishing, malware, DDoS attacks, brute force, port scanning, fraud, torrents, copyright infringement, pornography, hacking, and other illegal or harmful use. Resale requires written authorization, and each customer is limited to 1 Personal Account shared only with authorized users.

Geonix may suspend access immediately when it suspects prohibited activity or a threat to security and availability. Selective identity or use-case checks can also intervene before service activation.

The provider publishes no contractual numeric uptime guarantee or service-credit schedule. Its proxy-traffic privacy language is also broad: account and usage information may be processed, but destination, connection, DNS, and content logging are not described with enough precision to establish a detailed retention boundary.

Support is available through live chat, email, contact forms, and a Telegram bot. Geonix advertises 24/7 availability and assists with service choice, setup, Residential list configuration, and troubleshooting.

No response-time or resolution-time target is published. This leaves support coverage clearly stated but its expected speed undefined, which matters when service replacement or a 24-hour refund request depends on contacting the team quickly.

Geonix maintains free public HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS proxy lists alongside browser-based tools for proxy checking, IP information, ports, ping, speed, IPv6, blacklists, and WebRTC. The company warns that free lists are not suitable where stable operation or high anonymity is required.

An affiliate program is available through the Personal Account. Social-media, gaming, scraping, e-commerce, streaming, browser, and country pages promote uses or locations of the existing proxy catalog rather than additional paid networks.
