Froxy Review

Froxy began operating in 2021 and is run by Wergames OÜ, an Estonian company. Its catalog covers residential, mobile, and datacenter networks, with Froxy Scraper sold separately as a managed data-collection product.

The proxy business is built around shared IPv4 pools rather than dedicated static lists. Customers buy a monthly traffic allowance, create connection settings for a location, and use automatic rotation or retain an exit for up to 60 minutes. Unused traffic can accumulate as long as the subscription renews without interruption.

The 5-service catalog initially looks more complicated than it is. Residential and Mobile are the standard versions, each using package-level source-IP authorization. Fast and Mobile+ add saved filters, far more simultaneous ports, and a choice between source-IP and username/password authentication. Datacenter stands apart as a shared pool with US-only exits in the recorded selector.

Froxy advertises more than 120 million residential IPs and more than 30 million mobile IPs. These are the company's pool figures rather than independently measured counts. The company also describes its residential sourcing as ethical, though its public explanation gives little detail about how individual network participants join or are compensated.

All 5 services use prepaid monthly traffic packages. HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 are supported throughout the catalog, and forced rotation can be set from 90 to 3,600 seconds. An exit may still change earlier when the device supplying it disconnects. Each gateway port accepts up to 30 requests per second, and connections can target only destination ports 80 and 443.

Choose between these services by geography and access controls. Fast and Mobile+ offer more ports and per-filter credentials; standard Residential and Mobile have broader location lists and package-level IP authorization. Mobile+ covers 190 listed geographies compared with Mobile's 237.

Every proxy service has the same paid trial: 100 MB over 3 days. The selected package determines how many ports or filters are available during the test, so Fast and Mobile+ can be evaluated with their expanded connection controls rather than a reduced trial configuration.

The trial automatically becomes the selected monthly subscription unless it is canceled from the dashboard. Cancellation prevents the paid plan from starting but leaves the remaining trial active until either 3 days or 100 MB is exhausted. An activated or used trial is non-refundable, and risk-based KYC can still be requested before access is granted.

Registration supports email and password or Google sign-in. Standard packages are purchased inside the dashboard, while custom plans go through sales. Froxy states that normal activation takes no more than 20 seconds after purchase.

Verification is risk-based rather than universal. It can be triggered during onboarding, after spending or usage thresholds, by a risk alert, or during a later review. Individuals may need a government ID and video selfie; companies may be asked for registration, director, address, and beneficial-owner records. A triggered account has 72 hours to complete the process.

Once active, the subscription page provides gateway addresses, ports, authentication settings, location filters, and rotation controls. Proxy lists can be exported as TXT, CSV, or a reusable link.

Froxy's dashboard covers most routine work: buying and changing packages, creating filters, authorizing source IPs, setting rotation, exporting proxy lists, monitoring traffic, renewing or canceling subscriptions, buying add-ons, pausing access, managing the account balance, and downloading invoices.

The division between standard and higher-control services is visible here. Residential, Mobile, and Datacenter use settings attached to the package. Fast and Mobile+ organize connections into saved filters with their own location and authentication choices.

Froxy has a public API page, and Froxy Scraper supports API access, but no public specification describes proxy subscription management. There are no documented proxy endpoints for orders, filters, usage, credentials, or renewals. The dashboard and exported connection lists remain the documented management methods.

The public Help Center is available in English and Russian. It covers purchasing, trials, authentication, rotation, traffic rollover, proxy-list creation, renewals, cancellation, billing, and troubleshooting. Articles use screenshots, tables, endpoint examples, and cURL commands, and the residential setup material includes video guidance.

Froxy also publishes setup pages for popular scrapers, proxy managers, antidetect browsers, SEO software, social tools, sneaker bots, and testing utilities. This makes the documentation useful beyond the initial connection string, particularly for customers who are not building their own proxy client.

The missing piece is a public proxy API reference. Developers can see how to construct endpoints and lists, but not how to automate account-level operations.

Plans are priced in US dollars and can be paid by card or account balance. Froxy also lists Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Tether. VAT or other applicable indirect taxes are added separately.

Subscriptions renew monthly on their original start date. An early manual renewal begins a new billing cycle immediately rather than adding time to the existing cycle. Failed funding can stop renewal, and Froxy may retry a failed card charge. Excess checkout funds remain in the account balance and can pay later subscription charges.

Invoices and transaction records are available from the Billing section. Unused proxy traffic continues rolling over only while monthly renewal remains uninterrupted.

Froxy does not offer a general satisfaction guarantee. Its refund grounds cover duplicate payments, more than 72 consecutive hours of service unavailability, a package with no traffic use, and withdrawal rights for qualifying EU consumers.

Refund eligibility ends after more than 50% of the service period or data allowance has been consumed. Activated or used trials, add-ons, expired packages, policy violations, illegal use, external connectivity failures, non-use after renewal, and payments funded by promotions are excluded.

Requests are sent to support. Froxy states a response target of 48 hours, typical dispute handling within 5 business days, and return of approved funds to the original payment source within 5–10 business days. Eligible EU withdrawals can be reduced for service already used and for applicable processing or administrative charges.

The most important technical restriction is unusually concrete: proxy traffic can connect only to destination ports 80 and 443, and each Froxy gateway port is limited to 30 requests per second. Requests above that rate are queued. Froxy does not state a universal throughput figure or open-connection limit per port.

Prohibited uses include unauthorized access, bypassing security or rate controls, spam, phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful personal-data processing, illegal content, intellectual-property violations, and sanctions breaches. Government systems, critical infrastructure, financial institutions, banking, payment processors, and regulatory portals are prohibited or restricted targets.

Froxy may suspend service for non-payment, chargebacks, abuse, failed KYC, suspicious activity, sanctions concerns, or legal orders. A 48-hour remedy period is described as normal, though serious security or unlawful-use cases can lead to immediate action.

Product pages advertise 99.99% uptime, while the legal SLA commits to at least 99% availability and provides no percentage-based service-credit schedule. The contractual figure is therefore substantially weaker than the marketing headline.

Session, usage, billing, security, and verification records may be processed. KYC audit data can be retained for 5 years after the customer relationship or transaction, while raw identity documents remain with Froxy's verification provider.

Support is available through live chat, email, dashboard tickets, and the customer portal. Froxy advertises 24/7/365 availability and publishes response targets ranging from 10 minutes to 6 hours depending on request category. These targets cover an initial response rather than resolution.

The support scope includes connection, account, payment, and compatibility questions. Froxy explicitly excludes configuration of external software, so its setup library is important when a problem lies inside a browser, scraper, or proxy manager rather than the proxy account.

Froxy Scraper is a managed collection service with SERP, e-commerce, maps, position, HTTP, and selected social-data modules. A subscription provides access to several modules and includes its own proxy pool. Pricing is request/token based, with 1,000 trial tokens available at no charge.

The separately promoted Social Media Scraper remains waitlist-only. Froxy also provides a free IP and connection checker, an affiliate program, and technology, infrastructure, and reseller partnership routes. These sit outside the 5 proxy services.
