EZProxies Review

EZProxies is built around a narrow product: monthly lists of static IPv4 datacenter proxies. It does not try to cover every proxy category. Private Datacenter Proxies are reserved for a customer and are sold in the US, Spain, and Italy. Shared Datacenter Proxies place a small group of customers on the same US addresses. Residential, mobile, ISP, rotating, IPv6, and active SOCKS5 services are absent from the standard catalog.

The service model is deliberately simple. Customers choose a country and quantity, receive a fixed list, retain it while the subscription remains active, and can request a free monthly refresh. That makes EZProxies easier to understand than platforms built around traffic packages, gateways, rotation rules, and numerous network types.

The simplicity also defines the limits. Country selection is the main targeting control, HTTP and HTTPS are the only active protocols, and account management remains dashboard-based rather than API-driven. EZProxies advertises more than 20 countries, but its current paid catalog offers only the US, Spain, and Italy. The practical geographic range is therefore much smaller than the homepage suggests.

EZProxies separates its catalog by allocation rather than network type. The 2 services use static datacenter IPv4 addresses, monthly billing, and HTTP/HTTPS access. Private adds exclusive assignment and 2 European locations; Shared allows a small group to use each US IP.

EZProxies does not offer a public pre-purchase trial for either service.

The 7-day refund route does not fill this gap. It applies only when a legitimate service problem remains unresolved and EZProxies approves the request. The FAQ also warns that compatibility with every website or platform is not guaranteed, while the Terms specifically exclude incompatibility from refunds. A customer cannot therefore rely on payment as a low-risk way to test a particular target.

Standard packages are ordered through a self-service store, while custom quantities and location requests go through sales. The account system uses email and password.

After successful payment, the provider says it processes the order immediately and sends an activation email within seconds. That email contains the proxy details and setup information. The addresses then remain assigned for the subscription unless the customer requests the monthly refresh.

Source-IP authorization is the standard authentication method described in the FAQ. Username and password can be enabled on request. This gives users a choice between access tied to known machines and credentials that are easier to move between environments.

The client area goes beyond displaying an invoice and an emailed list. EZProxies describes controls for proxy IPs, source-IP authorization, usernames and passwords, connection history, and bandwidth reporting. Private plans also support sub-users. Customers can request cancellation immediately or at the end of the billing period from the service-management page.

Some actions still depend on staff. Moving from Shared to Private requires a support or sales request, as does username/password authentication according to the FAQ.

There is no documented customer API for ordering proxies, managing credentials, retrieving lists, or reading usage data. A generic API-key reference in the Privacy Policy concerns server-to-server protection and should not be mistaken for a customer automation interface. For teams managing many packages, the dashboard is the only documented control surface.

EZProxies maintains an FAQ, glossary, blog, and public client-area knowledgebase. The material covers basic HTTP proxy setup and browser configuration for Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. The FAQ also answers practical questions about activation, authentication, IP retention, refreshes, and compatibility.

The documentation is adequate for entering a proxy in a browser or understanding the service rules, but much thinner for developers. It has no code examples, API reference, changelog, video guides, or extensive troubleshooting section. The client portal offers 30 interface-language choices, while the documentation itself is in English.

Payments are denominated in US dollars. EZProxies accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Bitcoin through external payment processors. Packages are sold as monthly subscriptions priced by the number of IPs and, for Private plans, by location.

Payment is required at renewal, and non-payment can lead to suspension or termination. The published terms do not explain whether every payment method is charged automatically or when a renewal attempt occurs. Customers can submit an immediate cancellation request or schedule cancellation for the end of the current billing period through the client area.

Refunds are neither automatic nor guaranteed. A customer must contact support within 7 days of purchase about a legitimate service problem that EZProxies cannot resolve. The provider then decides the request individually.

The exclusions are important. No refund is offered for failure to use the proxies, website or platform incompatibility, acceptable-use violations, or requests submitted after 7 days. The policy also does not promise a full amount, decision time, processing period, or return through the original payment method.

This is a weak safeguard beside the absence of a trial. The policy may cover a genuine failure of the purchased service, but it does not protect a customer who discovers that working proxies are unsuitable for the intended website.

EZProxies prohibits spam and unsolicited bulk email, hacking, malware, fraud, phishing, identity theft, copyright infringement, illegal activity, and harmful attempts to bypass external bans or rate limits. Resale requires written permission. Violations can lead to immediate suspension or termination without notice or refund.

The Privacy Policy draws a useful line around logging. Authentication IPs, bandwidth consumption, connection metadata, byte counts, request totals, and timestamps may be retained for up to 90 days. EZProxies says it does not log traffic contents, URLs, page contents, or transmitted data.

The advertised 99.9% uptime is not backed by a contractual SLA or service-credit schedule. Customers receive a maintenance and availability commitment framed by the Terms, not a measurable remedy when uptime falls below the advertised percentage.

Support is available through live chat, tickets, phone, and a public contact form. The support center advertises 24/7 availability, but EZProxies publishes no response-time target, escalation process, priority tier, or confirmed list of agent languages.

The FAQ and knowledgebase can handle ordinary setup questions; service changes and commercial exceptions still rely on direct contact.

Outside the paid proxy catalog, EZProxies offers 6 free browser tools: an IP checker, HTTP headers viewer, WebRTC leak test, DNS lookup, user-agent lookup, and JSON formatter. These are lightweight diagnostics rather than additional proxy products.

The affiliate program advertises recurring commission, monthly payouts, and a minimum payout threshold. The site also publishes proxy use-case pages, a blog, glossary, FAQ, and knowledgebase. None of these pages establishes an additional residential, mobile, ISP, or rotating network.
