Evomi Review

Evomi launched in 2024 and is operated by TeraShift GmbH from Ermatingen, Switzerland. The company says its team entered the project with more than six years of proxy-selling experience. That experience belongs to the team rather than the Evomi brand.

The catalog is built around choice. Residential traffic is split between a Core pool with optional expert filters and a Premium pool with more controls included. Mobile and Datacenter use the same rotating gateway model, while three static ISP products separate previously assigned, never-previously-sold, and shared addresses. Evomi also operates a Scraper API and remote Scraping Browser, extending its offer beyond raw proxy access.

Evomi describes residential and mobile exits as connections contributed by end users who receive disclosure, give consent, can withdraw, and are compensated. This is the company's stated sourcing policy rather than an independent audit, but it shows that peer acquisition is treated as a public responsibility rather than left entirely unexplained.

Evomi's seven proxy services fall into two groups. Four rotating products are sold by traffic, with PAYG and monthly plans. Three static ISP products are sold by IP for 30 days. The rotating services share one unusually rich session model: automatic rotation, timed sticky sessions of up to 24 hours, hard sessions, and an API call that forces a new address when required.

The PAYG balances do not expire, which is useful for irregular traffic. Monthly allowances and their top-ups expire at renewal.

Core Residential has a one-day free trial. Premium Residential, Mobile, and Datacenter provide three days for individual accounts, while businesses are directed to support. A valid payment method is required, one trial is allowed per customer, and the selected subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

The trial is useful for checking the rotating products, but it also closes another safety net: a purchase made after a free trial is excluded from the refund policy. No clear trial is offered for the three static ISP classes, which become non-refundable as soon as they are delivered.

Registration uses a name, email, and password, with Google available as an alternative. KYC is selective rather than mandatory for every ordinary account. Evomi may request verification when activity, legal requirements, reseller access, or restricted targets trigger a review.

Rotating services use separate product gateways and balances. The Proxy Generator creates up to 100 formatted proxy strings at a time, including session and location parameters. Static purchases deliver renewable proxy packages instead of gateway-pool access. Product separation is technically clear, though the number of names—especially Core versus Premium and the changing Datacenter labels in older material—takes some learning.

The dashboard covers product purchases, subscriptions, usage graphs, balances, proxy generation, API keys, invoices, support, and two-factor authentication. Usage can be viewed by product across several time ranges, with domain aggregates and a separate breakdown of Core traffic multipliers.

Team workspaces add owner, administrator, and member roles, shared balances, credentials, usage, and a team API key. A separate reseller system can create subusers, allocate products, and operate through a custom domain after approval and KYC. This makes Evomi relevant beyond single-user scraping accounts.

The public account API reads products, balances, targeting and usage, generates proxy strings, and rotates sessions. Keys work for personal and team accounts and do not expire by default. There is no published proxy-management webhook system or preserved numeric API rate schedule, but the available endpoints cover the everyday controls that are most useful to automation.

The public documentation explains each proxy family, the account API, reseller API, Scraper API, and Scraping Browser. It covers gateways, ports, credentials, targeting parameters, session modes, rotation calls, traffic accounting, and Core's filter multipliers. Examples are available for cURL, Python, and JavaScript, with separate setup guides for common operating systems, browsers, proxy managers, and scraping libraries.

This material is detailed enough to expose capabilities that the marketing pages barely explain, particularly hard sessions and expert-filter billing. Its weakness is version drift. Older product names and session-duration wording can remain alongside different dashboard settings. The documentation remains useful, but current product and account information should take priority when the two disagree.

Payment options include cards, PayPal, TWINT, Klarna, Alipay, Google Pay, wire transfer, cryptocurrency, and local methods presented by Evomi's processors. Availability varies by product and checkout route. Public prices use US dollars and exclude VAT or other applicable taxes.

Evomi does not use one general wallet. Each rotating product has its own traffic balance. PAYG traffic remains available without expiration, while subscription traffic and subscription top-ups reset at renewal and do not roll over. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Static IPs renew every 30 days and can retain the same addresses while payment continues.

Core's advanced filters can consume several gigabytes of purchased allowance for 1 GB of actual traffic. Review the enabled multipliers before a large transfer.

Evomi advertises a 30-day refund window, but the usable policy is much narrower. It applies to the first eligible purchase in a product category and only before the account consumes the earlier of 1 GB or 10% of the package. Requests go through live chat or email.

PAYG traffic, static ISP proxies, purchases made after a free trial, expired plans, reseller payments, abuse cases, and policy violations are excluded. Evomi may deduct consumed units and non-refundable processing fees. The 30-day headline is therefore not a broad satisfaction guarantee; the decisive limits are product type and early usage.

Evomi prohibits illegal or rights-violating activity, malware, disruption, unauthorized resale, credential sharing outside the customer's organization, and attempts to map or harvest the proxy network. Finance, government, and mailing targets may require additional identity verification. Reseller use requires approval and its own KYC process.

The legal SLA promises 99% service and system uptime outside scheduled maintenance. Marketing pages have used higher figures of 99.9% and 99.95%, but those numbers do not replace the contractual commitment. The SLA provides no speed or success-rate guarantee and no published schedule of automatic service credits.

Static products publish unlimited bandwidth with up to 3,000 concurrent connections. The stored materials contain no definitive public destination-port blacklist, so restrictions should be judged from the acceptable-use rules rather than an assumed set of blocked ports.

Support is available through website and dashboard chat, tickets, and email. Large customers may receive phone access or an account manager, while qualifying startups can receive founder support through Slack. Evomi also maintains a public service-status page.

The company markets 24/7 help and an average response time of ten minutes. An independent dashboard review received a daytime response within several minutes, but the Refund Policy describes live chat as operating during business hours. A universal round-the-clock live reply is not established by those observations.

Evomi's Scraper API manages rendering, proxy routing, discovery, crawling, search, storage, and scheduled jobs. Scraping Browser provides a managed remote Chromium environment over WebSocket or CDP. These are separate products for customers who want completed web access rather than raw proxy credentials.

The approved reseller API adds subusers, product allocation, and optional white-label delivery through a custom domain. Evomi also runs a startup program with discounts on selected products and closer support, plus an affiliate route.

Free tools include a browser-fingerprint checker, proxy tester, and IP geolocation checker. An antidetect browser called Evomium is announced but not yet available. Together, these products show a company building around proxy infrastructure rather than relying on bandwidth resale alone.
