DataImpulse Review

DataImpulse is operated by Softoria LLC in the United States. Its proxy catalog contains Residential, Premium Residential, Mobile, and Datacenter services. They have separate pool labels and targeting terms, but all four use gateway delivery, traffic billing, per-request rotation, and temporary sticky sessions.

DataImpulse does not sell a confirmed static ISP service, and its Datacenter product is not a fixed or dedicated proxy list. Sticky sessions provide temporary persistence inside a rotating pool; they do not create permanent or customer-assigned IP allocation.

Pool-size claims need qualification. DataImpulse publishes large headline figures, while authenticated inventory captures show much smaller point-in-time totals that changed between captures. The sources do not provide a common counting method, so none of those values supports one stable pool-size or permanent-coverage figure.

All four services are one-time prepaid traffic purchases. There is no confirmed recurring monthly subscription, and unused traffic has no published expiry. The table shows the minimum traffic purchase for each pool.

Country selection or exclusion and ASN exclusion are included at the base rate. State or region, city, ZIP, and advanced ASN targeting consume traffic at twice the base rate on Residential, Mobile, and Datacenter plans; Premium Residential includes those controls. DataImpulse does not publish a numeric connection or concurrency limit for any of the four pools, leaving high-parallelism capacity unresolved.

DataImpulse does not publish a free proxy trial. The practical test route is a paid Intro purchase: 5 GB of Residential traffic, 1 GB of Premium Residential, 2.5 GB of Mobile, or 10 GB of Datacenter traffic.

This is a paid entry package rather than risk-free evaluation. The conditional refund process applies only to a customer's first Intro purchase, not to later Intro orders or larger packages.

Purchases and delivery are handled through a self-service account. Proxy access runs through the gw.dataimpulse.com gateway, using port 823 for HTTP or HTTPS and port 824 for SOCKS5. Authentication can use a username and password or an approved source-IP address. A numeric whitelist capacity is not published.

Rotating mode selects a new peer for each request. Sticky access uses a session identifier and duration, including the sessid and sessttl username parameters; the documented duration range is 1–120 minutes with 30 minutes as the usual default. If the selected peer goes offline, the service can fall back to another address, so sticky access does not guarantee permanent IP continuity.

Identity review is selective rather than described as mandatory for every normal purchase. DataImpulse may request use-case or identity information for suspicious or ambiguous activity. UDP access and exceptions for blocked resources are not granted automatically and can require use-case review and KYC.

The dashboard supports traffic purchases, generated access parameters, authentication controls, location views, and optional auto-recharge. These controls cover the main self-service tasks for configuring and maintaining gateway access.

DataImpulse also refers to an API for ordinary customers, but the available documentation does not establish a complete endpoint list, authentication workflow, key lifecycle, numeric rate limits, webhooks, or full management scope. The published information is insufficient to assess the customer API's capabilities and limits for an automated production workload in advance.

The Reseller API belongs to a separate commercial program. Joining requires an application, KYC, an agreement, and a minimum deposit. Its documented reseller functions do not define the ordinary customer API.

The public English documentation is organized around several practical areas: authentication and source-IP access; gateway hosts and protocols; proxy parameters, rotation, session IDs, and session duration; targeting; errors and connection troubleshooting; blocked resources, port access, and conditional UDP; and setup and code examples.

Connection and session behavior receives the clearest treatment. The guides identify hosts, ports, protocol choices, username parameters, sticky-session timing, and fallback behavior. By contrast, numeric concurrency and the ordinary customer API contract remain insufficiently documented for capacity planning or production automation design.

Public proxy prices are in US dollars. The location FAQ states that displayed prices are final and that no additional VAT or other charges are added. The four services use one-time prepaid traffic purchases rather than a normal monthly subscription, and the purchased traffic does not expire. Larger sales-assisted volume terms exist, but they do not change the billing basis of the four pools.

The published payment methods include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, cryptocurrency, and wire transfer. Optional auto-recharge adds traffic when a configured balance threshold is reached. Card charging is documented for that feature, while PayPal appears only in the auto-recharge guidance rather than in the general payment-method list.

Auto-recharge is not a renewing proxy subscription; it replenishes prepaid traffic under the customer's chosen threshold and amount settings.

Refund eligibility is limited to a customer's first Intro purchase, with a request window of seven calendar days. It is not an unconditional money-back guarantee. If less than 20% of the purchased traffic remains, DataImpulse reviews the request separately and may deny it.

Cryptocurrency and wire-transfer payments are non-refundable. The policy defines eligibility conditions but does not establish a standard review or processing time, repayment method, fee schedule, deduction formula, or exact amount of the eventual reimbursement.

DataImpulse prohibits unlawful access, malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, unauthorized or sensitive-data collection, ad or click fraud, denial-of-service activity, protection bypass, and ticket bots. Certain government, adult, harmful, banking or payment, and email-related targets can be blocked, while some destination ports are restricted.

UDP and exceptions for blocked resources require review and can involve use-case disclosure and KYC. Customers may not maintain multiple accounts or share or sell account credentials and API tokens. DataImpulse can restrict, suspend, refuse, or terminate access when activity violates policy or creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk; advance notice or a formal appeal is not guaranteed.

DataImpulse presents website or dashboard chat and email or contact support as available 24/7. This is a provider statement; different pages give incompatible sub-two-minute response claims, and neither a specific response time nor a contractual support SLA is established.

The Proxy Reseller Program provides a separate onboarding and API route for businesses reselling access to the four proxy pools. DataImpulse also runs an Affiliate Program for referrals and Network Insights, a free public tool for viewing network statistics.

These programs and tools are separate from the four proxy services. Use-case and country pages do not create additional products, and the official material does not confirm a currently released managed scraping API, ready-to-go scraper, or dataset product.
