BuyProxies Review

BuyProxies says it has sold datacenter proxies since 2011. Its store contains two proxy services, and the business operates through LIXUX OU in Estonia.

The provider is aimed at buyers who need a fixed proxy list with per-IP package billing. It is not an option for customers seeking rotating residential, mobile, or ISP proxy pools.

The practical choice is whether the assigned IPs must be exclusive to one customer. Both services use term-based packages.

Both services provide static endpoints during an active package. Buyers who need the same allocation after renewal should select the checkout option to keep the same proxies every month; a static endpoint during the current term does not by itself confirm renewal continuity.

The public order flow offers broad location choices such as USA or Europe. A particular country still depends on inventory and may require a request to support, so buyers with a mandatory location should confirm it before paying.

BuyProxies does not offer a pre-purchase trial. Customers must pay before receiving the proxy list. The 24-hour refund-request window begins after ordering and is not a trial or a promise of automatic approval.

Customers create a Client Area account and choose the service, package size, billing period, location option, and authentication method. The provider says proxy delivery takes about three minutes after payment; this is its published timing, not a measured result from ProxyData.

The assigned connection details then appear under My Proxies. Buyers using source-IP authentication from several addresses should confirm the numerical allowlist limit before ordering because the numerical allowance is not documented.

The Client Area covers services, invoices, billing, cancellations, and support tickets. My Proxies displays each purchased package and provides a package-specific URL that returns the proxy list as a TXT file.

A broader account-management API, usage monitoring and team access are not documented. Buyers who require those capabilities should confirm them before choosing BuyProxies rather than assuming they are available in every account.

BuyProxies publishes public setup and troubleshooting material covering dedicated versus shared assignment, HTTP and SOCKS5, authentication, browser configuration, IP checks, proxy-list formatting, and examples for tools including Python, cURL, Node.js, Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, and Postman.

Subscriptions are available with monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual billing and renew automatically unless canceled. The renewal date follows the selected service period.

Customers can submit a cancellation through their account. Once it takes effect, future invoices are no longer generated, and the terms say current unpaid invoices are deleted. Cancellation prevents another renewal but does not refund a completed payment.

An upgrade is available by paying the difference for additional proxies. A downgrade takes effect in the next billing cycle. Non-payment can lead to suspension from the next calendar day after the due date until payment is made.

The Privacy Policy names PayPal and Braintree as payment processors. PayPal is the payment method documented for purchases; naming Braintree as a processor does not by itself establish a separate checkout method. Buyers who need a particular payment option should verify it at checkout.

Customers can submit a refund request through the BuyProxies website within 24 hours of ordering. Automatic approval is not promised, so buyers should inspect the delivered list and submit any refund request within that window.

Cancellation is a separate action: it stops future renewals but does not by itself create a refund for the current order.

Subscriptions are for the customer’s own use. Customers may not rent, lend, hire out, or otherwise share their connection, including when BuyProxies itself assigns a Semi-Dedicated IP to as many as three customers.

The terms normally limit use to two devices at the same time unless BuyProxies agrees otherwise in writing. Buyers who need simultaneous access from several servers, workstations, or team members should resolve this restriction before paying. This device rule is separate from source-IP authentication, for which no numerical address limit is published.

SMTP port 25 is closed. Buyers whose email workflow depends on that port should choose another setup or provider.

The Privacy Policy describes processing account IP addresses, login information, browser type, and usage data, but it does not say whether proxy destinations or traffic contents are logged. Buyers whose privacy requirements depend on that distinction should ask before ordering.

The agreement is governed by Estonian law. BuyProxies does not publish an SLA, uptime commitment, or service-credit schedule.

BuyProxies provides a public contact form and Client Area tickets. Requests can be directed to Sales, Technical, or Dead Proxies, separating pre-purchase questions from technical and failed-proxy reports.

Support accepts requests to check or replace problem proxies, but BuyProxies does not publish universal replacement eligibility, limits, timing, or fees. Buyers who depend on a specific replacement policy should confirm it before paying.

Support hours and a guaranteed response target are not published, which matters for workloads that require help within a fixed window.

BuyProxies also provides public tools for testing, formatting, locating, and diagnosing proxies, along with browser extensions for proxy switching, cookies, tracker blocking, and browser geolocation settings. These are utilities rather than additional residential, mobile, ISP, or rotating proxy networks.
