BuyPersonalProxy is operated by NETWORLD COMMUNICATIONS S.R.L., a Romanian company. The catalog reviewed here contains eight paid proxy services: Monthly Datacenter, three distinct fixed ISP lines—Standard, Premium, and Global—Static Residential, Rotating Residential, US Mobile, and Monthly Shared.

These names represent different combinations of allocation, geography, delivery, and billing. Monthly Datacenter, the four fixed ISP or provider-labelled residential lines, and Monthly Shared deliver fixed addresses for a defined period. US Mobile supplies a dedicated but dynamic endpoint, while Rotating Residential uses a shared gateway and traffic balance.

Several other pages do not add proxy services to that count. Daily Datacenter is a shorter tariff for the Monthly Datacenter product, and FIFA plans package an existing datacenter service around a use case. Use-case and SEO pages likewise point to existing products. The 24-hour trial and API are access features, while Residential VPN, the reseller and affiliate programs, and the proxy checker are separate additions.

BuyPersonalProxy sells 7 services by IP or endpoint for a fixed term, generally with unlimited traffic. Rotating Residential instead uses a prepaid traffic balance. The main choice is between a fixed dedicated or shared list, residential gateway rotation, and a dedicated dynamic mobile endpoint.

Monthly Datacenter, Standard ISP, Premium ISP, Static Residential and Monthly Shared use 30-day terms, unlimited traffic, and either IP allowlisting or username/password authentication. Each allows up to 5 authorized source IPs per plan; Standard and Premium also publish a 5-device limit. All services support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 except US Mobile, which uses HTTPS and SOCKS5.

Replacement rules for Monthly Datacenter, Standard and Premium conflict: product pages describe 1 free replacement per month, while the Help Center describes 1 token usable within 24 hours of an order. Buyers whose work depends on replacement should confirm the allowance for their chosen service.

The free trial provides 1 dedicated proxy for 24 hours with unlimited traffic, up to 3 devices and 10 threads. Each customer may request 1 test through a signed-in form; approval is manual and instructions arrive by email.

The trial page does not identify the corresponding paid service. It can establish access to that test proxy, but cannot be assumed to validate a particular ISP, residential, mobile or shared product.

Most fixed lists appear in the Client Area after payment and can be viewed or downloaded as TXT. Rotating Residential uses a generator to create gateway credentials instead.

Global ISP has a published delivery window of 2 minutes to 1 hour. US Mobile requires the customer to contact live chat after ordering for manual activation, making support availability part of the delivery process.

The Client Area shows active and expired orders and provides authentication and protocol settings, proxy lists, downloads, renewals, and cancellations. It also contains the Rotating Residential generator, reflecting the distinction between list-based fixed products and gateway access.

API access is activated through support. The published scope includes account and deposit information, order functions, credentials, protocol changes, whitelist management, and location functions. Public material does not provide a complete authentication specification, key-lifecycle rules, rate limits, webhooks, a stable endpoint reference, or code examples. The limitation is therefore the public contract around the API, not the absence of any automation functions.

The public Help Center covers browser setup, authentication, credentials, proxy-list handling, error 407, and maintenance-related issues. This is enough to address common connection and account tasks without treating the product pages themselves as the only documentation.

Documentation reliability is less straightforward. The legal page warns that some FAQ answers may be AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. That disclosure makes primary product and order information more important when an FAQ conflicts with the current purchase flow.

Public prices are shown in US dollars. Payment options span cards, digital wallets, bank-account redirects, selected cryptocurrencies, and the BuyPersonalProxy deposit balance. Card subscriptions are available, while eligible non-subscription orders can renew from the deposit balance.

Deposit funds can be spent on future orders but cannot be withdrawn and are non-refundable. Once a plan has expired, a manual support renewal incurs a per-IP surcharge.

EU VAT applies where required. An eligible EU business VAT number may remove VAT, and the provider states that it does not charge VAT outside the EU. VAT may therefore be added to an eligible order.

BuyPersonalProxy states that All Sales Are Final and does not publish a standard money-back window. The policy specifically excludes refunds because an IP is banned or blocked, because it is incompatible with a website, program, application, bot, or other software, because a subscription was not cancelled, or because an order renewed.

A support response about compatibility does not create a refund guarantee. The commercial consequence is direct: a technically unusable allocation may still remain non-refundable under the published exclusions, and generic trial access does not establish compatibility for every paid network.

SMTP, POP3, and IMAP use is prohibited, and the related ports are closed. Complaints or policy violations can lead to restrictions, suspension, or termination; spam-related cases may result in immediate termination.

BuyPersonalProxy does not publish a formal SLA, a contractual uptime percentage, or service credits. The Help Center separately allows one maintenance day of up to 24 hours per month. This leaves customers with a published maintenance allowance but without a contractual availability remedy.

Support is available through email, website live chat, and an authenticated Ticket Center. The provider claims an average email response time of 12 hours.

The official live-chat schedule is inconsistent. Product and company pages describe 12 hours per day, while the Help Center describes 24/7 availability. Continuous coverage should therefore not be treated as established. The discrepancy matters most for US Mobile because activation requires live chat after the order.

Residential VPN is a separate OpenVPN-over-UDP product for device-wide routing, not another raw proxy service. BuyPersonalProxy also runs a reseller program with its own dashboard and API ordering, plus an affiliate program for referred customers.

The free online proxy checker tests proxy connectivity, status, and latency but does not provide a proxy network. These are separate tools and commercial programs that do not change the eight proxy services.
