ActProxy Review

ActProxy is operated by UNVIO, LLC and focuses on static datacenter proxies. It does not sell residential proxies, and its published products do not provide a rotating residential or mobile pool. It is therefore relevant only to buyers whose use can accept fixed datacenter IPs.

Published proxy locations are limited to the United States, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. The checkout offers Random, USA, Europe, or UK before payment rather than a guaranteed city. Buyers who require a particular city should confirm availability and the post-purchase selection method with support before ordering.

Ordinary Shared and Dedicated packages start at 5 proxies; the native IPv6-only product starts at 10 endpoints. Choose by allocation and connection requirements.

All five configurations support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5, with username/password or source-IP authentication. ActProxy allows up to eight authorized client IPs per package and advertises unlimited traffic, although its Terms permit review or speed limiting for extreme usage. The published limit is up to 100 simultaneous connections or threads per proxy. UDP is not supported.

Ordinary Shared and Dedicated orders show 10 Mbps as the standard bandwidth-cap option and sell 20 or 100 Mbps upgrades. The public material does not say whether that cap applies to each proxy or to the package as a whole. A buyer whose workload depends on a defined throughput allocation should obtain that answer before paying; the native IPv6-only line offers only the 10 Mbps option.

ActProxy does not offer free proxies for testing. Evaluation therefore begins with a normal paid order: at least five ordinary Shared or Dedicated proxies, or ten native IPv6-only endpoints.

This purchase is covered by the provider's separate three-day first-payment refund process, but it should not be presented as a free trial. A buyer who needs a longer evaluation period or a test endpoint before payment should choose another provider.

Customers register an account and configure an order in the self-service store. The ordinary Shared and Dedicated forms include billing period, proxy protocol, IP version, and regional location; the native IPv6 line has its own order flow.

ActProxy says most orders are provisioned immediately after confirmed payment, although some require manual rearrangement and cryptocurrency confirmation can take up to one hour. The proxy list then appears in the client area for viewing, copying, or download.

The client area covers the routine controls most relevant to a small static allocation: viewing and downloading proxy lists, changing credentials, managing authorized source IPs, refreshing lists, cancelling services, and opening support tickets.

Public refresh instructions are inconsistent. One article describes an included initial or monthly refresh followed by paid refreshes, while another tells customers with slow proxies that they can refresh as often as needed. Buyers who expect frequent IP changes should verify the allowance, whether extra refreshes incur a charge, renewal behavior, and defective-IP procedure; buyers who intend to keep a stable list do not need to treat this as a primary selection criterion.

The documented API only generates or retrieves a list for an existing purchased product. ActProxy does not present it as an API for ordering, billing, cancellation, refresh, or general account administration, so automation-heavy buyers should treat the API as limited.

The public knowledge base includes pre-sales FAQs, Windows and macOS setup instructions, a Chrome/SwitchyOmega guide, authentication help, troubleshooting articles, and video tutorials. That is enough to cover the basic path from purchase to a configured proxy without assuming live onboarding.

Developer material is much thinner: the public API material is a list-generation tutorial rather than a full reference with broad endpoint coverage or a substantial code-example library.

ActProxy bills in US dollars and lists major payment cards, PayPal, and Bitcoin. Monthly, quarterly, and semiannual terms are offered..

A recurring agreement created through a payment processor may need to be cancelled separately from the ActProxy service. Customers should check both the client area and the payment account rather than assuming that an in-account cancellation ends every recurring charge.

The published proxy refund window is three days from the first payment. A customer must contact support, allow ActProxy to investigate or troubleshoot the reported problem, and request the refund within that window. Eligible requests receive a full refund; cancellations are not prorated.

Cryptocurrency is an important exception: ActProxy issues the approved amount as account credit rather than returning cryptocurrency. The provider does not publish a guaranteed review deadline, processing timetable, or numerical usage threshold for eligibility.

ActProxy prohibits fraud, bulk email and spam, mail servers, BitTorrent activity, XRumer, malware, and other abusive or unlawful use. Outgoing mail ports are blocked, SOCKS traffic is TCP-only, and violations may lead to suspension or termination. ActProxy does not guarantee acceptance or results on any particular target site.

The provider advertises unlimited traffic, but its Terms allow an investigation and speed limiting when extreme consumption affects the service or other customers. Buyers should therefore read “unlimited” as no stated transfer quota, not as an unconditional performance commitment.

The Terms also say that Squid servers log requested URLs for connection troubleshooting and restrict use of that information to the ActProxy development team. No retention period is published, so the service should not be described as no-logs. ActProxy publishes neither a formal uptime SLA nor a service-credit schedule.

Confirmed support channels are authenticated tickets, a public contact form, and email. A phone number is displayed, but the website does not establish staffed hours or its role in handling support cases. The public status page can help distinguish a reported service event from an account-specific problem.

The contact form includes a priority selector, but no severity definitions, response-time commitments, or escalation schedule are published. Time-sensitive buyers should obtain support expectations before purchase instead of inferring them from the priority field.

ActProxy also sells Windows VPS plans, which may be relevant to a buyer who wants a separate Windows environment near the proxy workflow. The public IP Check and WebRTC IP Leak Test are free diagnostic tools rather than additional proxy products.
